Hiring notes standards

Part I

A place for thoughtful hiring

RosterAcorn is being developed for recruiters and hiring managers who need to explain their choices. The publication is a reading resource, not a recruitment agency or an applicant screening service.

Part II

Who stands behind the words

The team signature identifies responsibility for the publication. The signature does not name an individual recruiter, psychologist or employment lawyer. No professional credentials are claimed.

Part III

An open account of the process

Our machines run the AI tools that write drafts. Fact checking will be part of the publication process. A site preview is not evidence that an article has passed those checks.
